Having lived in the city for long enough to have leased out 4 different places, I can honestly say my experience with Kathy was the best by far! We were leaving for europe in a week and going to yosemite in the meantime, we managed to see a property and sign the lease within 14 hours. She was extremely efficient and understood our rush. Kathy is, hands down, the finest RE broker I've ever worked with, and I've worked with at least a dozen, both here and in NYC - She is responsive, knowledgeable, ethical, and trustworthy - I've worked with Kathy on both sides of a deal (as a renter, and later as a landlord), and she is the consummate professional - I moved here from NYC, and was (understandably) jaded on brokers, but Kathy breaks the mold - She has the best listings in SF in my opinion, and a database of contacts that is second to none - Unlike so many other agents, Kathy is never pushy, doesn't waste people's time, is not fee-driven, is realistic, and has market insights that are unique and first-rate - Moving and finding the right home/tenant is an inherently stressful process, and I have to say, Kathy minimized all that angst thanks to her approach, smarts, and upbeat way - Bottom line: Kathy is terrific, and I wouldn't recommend working with anyone else before talking to her."
